The Gordon Flesch Company is excited to announce that AskGordy, the company’s secure, voice-activated artificial intelligence tool for Electronic Content Management platforms is now available for IBM Cloud Pak and IBM Red Hat Open Shift. In addition, AskGordy is now a fully integrated, front-end application for IBM’s FileNet Content Management platform.
The Gordon Flesch Company has partnered with IBM to integrate Watson AI and natural language processing capabilities into Electronic Content Management (ECM) platforms through the AskGordy application. GFC announced several new capabilities for AskGordy at the IBM Voice Activated ECM session in Washington DC on October 1, 2019, titled “Leveraging Voice Activated AI to Retrieve Your Business Documents from ECM Systems.”
GFC announced AskGordy is now fully integrated with IBM FileNet Content Manager, providing enterprise content management to enable organizations to manage content and documents. In addition, AskGordy is now available for IBM Cloud Pak™ for Data, a fully integrated data and AI platform that modernizes how businesses collect, organize and analyze data and infuse AI throughout their organizations. AskGordy is also now ready for use in IBM Red Hat and Open Shift environments.
As an IBM Watson-enabled front-end for FileNet and other ECMs, AskGordy provides a natural language interface for structured and unstructured data stored in an ECM. And by integrating with IBM Cloud Pak for Data, organizations not using the IBM cloud can still integrate AskGordy into their private cloud infrastructure. “These new capabilities are powerful new ways AskGordy can help organizations gain more insight and value from their proprietary documents and data. But just as importantly, it means customers can enjoy the full resources and support of IBM as well as GFC in bringing AI capabilities to their ECMs,” says Mike Adams, AI Solutions Manager with the GFConsulting Group. “It also means IBM customers looking to access the full power and capabilities of Watson AI and analytics can now reach out to an IBM representative about leveraging the full power of AskGordy.”
