Defenders of Wildlife Selects TOPdesk’s Cloud-Based Service Management Solution

ORLANDO, FL–(September 14, 2016) – TOPdesk, one of the world’s largest and most widely recognized providers of IT service management software solutions, announces today that Defenders of Wildlife, the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection, well-being and preservation of imperiled wildlife across North America and around the world, has selected TOPdesk’s cloud-based service management (ITSM) solution.

By moving to TOPdesk’s cloud-based ITSM solutions, Defenders of Wildlife is creating the most efficient environment possible to manage its internal service desk, to clear its helpdesk tickets, to strengthen the nonprofit’s current IT infrastructure, and to free up much-needed resources for more pressing tasks.
