GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. and LONG BEACH, Calif. – November 5, 2019 – Digitech Systems and Epson® announced today the release of advanced integration between Epson document scanners using Document Capture Pro,1 including the DS-970 and DS-870, and Digitech Systems’ PaperVision® Enterprise, the on-premise Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system, and ImageSilo®, the cloud ECM service. When combined, the technologies provide advanced collaboration, enhanced information security and process automation.
Once the paper documents are scanned into Epson’s Document Capture Pro1 application, the integration enables direct and easy upload to PaperVision and ImageSilo allowing office workers to quickly upload and protect critical business records in compliance with government regulations. Information can be accessed using simple, keyword search, securely shared with colleagues, locked down using multiple layers of security, and sent into automated processes. The combined solution dramatically reduces the cost and complexity of securely managing critical business data.
