HPE Announces Organizational Changes

June 27, 2016 — In a post on Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s website, President and CEO Meg Whitman announced organizational changes to HPE. Martin Fink, chief technology officer and head of Hewlett Packard Labs will retire at the end of the year. Hewlett Packard Labs will be moved into the Enterprise Group under Antonio Neri.

Sales teams will also be aligned into a single global sales organization within the Enterprise Group, to be led by Peter Ryan, who is currently SVP and managing director of the Enterprise Group’s EMEA region.

Product marketing, e-commerce and customer advocacy will combine into a single marketing organization under Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Henry Gomez, while IT and cybersecurity teams will move under COO Chris Hsu. Chief Customer Office John Hinshaw will also leave HEP at the end of the year.
