NEW ORLEANS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Net@Work, a leading provider of integrated business technology solutions and a top Sage business partner, today announced that it has acquired AXIS Integrated Solutions (AXIS), a consultant and reseller of Sage 300 and Sage CRM serving businesses across St. Louis, Tulsa and Kansas City.
Highly regarded Sage partner and consultant Kelly Hummel, the founder and CEO of AXIS, has been named Net@Work’s Sage 300 Practice Director, heading up a Sage 300 team of respected industry veterans that includes sales team leader Joe Santoro and consulting manager Sonia Gray.
The acquisition solidifies and expands Net@Work’s Sage 300 practice, bringing AXIS’ full complement of consulting, sales, implementation, warehousing and manufacturing expertise into the fold. Kelly and her team will continue to operate from their main office in St. Louis, assuring a quick and seamless transition as their clients are brought into the Net@Work fold. The acquisition gives AXIS clients access to Net@Work’s award-winning Sage team, providing unmatched support for the full suite of Sage ERP, CRM and HRMS solutions, while delivering a complete range of technologies and services to help them grow their business, including: cloud solutions, document management, eCommerce & web development, marketing automation, and IT-related services.
“I’ve known Kelly for many years, having served with her on Sage’s Business Partner Advisory Council, and have long admired her leadership and the depth and breadth of her Sage 300 expertise,” said Alex Solomon, Net@Work’s co-President. “Kelly is truly one of the most influential people in the Sage ecosystem and is the final piece in our Sage 300 ‘dream team.’ “This gives us an unmatched ability to implement complete business solutions and position our customers — as well as our partners — to succeed in today’s ever-changing business landscape.”
Under Kelly’s leadership, AXIS was a member of both the Sage Chairman’s Club and Sage President’s Circle and garnered a number of industry awards, receiving recognition as an Accounting Technology Pacesetter and a listing among the VAR 100.
“I’ve watched Eddie and Alex grow their firm successfully and gracefully, always advocating for their customers and partners, both big and small,” said Kelly Hummel, Net@Work’s new Sage 300 Practice Director. “I’ve always appreciated their best practice approach and implementation methodologies, as they’re very much in sync with ours. We’re all very excited to be part of the Net@Work team and look forward to making this the strongest Sage 300 practice in the industry.”
The AXIS acquisition is the most recent example and validation of the Net@Work Partner Alliance Program, introduced at Sage Summit 2013, which gives professional services firms a path to a graceful “exit.” The program also enables VARs and professional services to augment their in-house specialties by accessing Net@Work resources in the areas of Sage ERP, CRM, HRMS, as well as extended solutions, including NetSuite, Abila, Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365, Magento eCommerce, and cloud and managed IT services.
