Panasonic Roadshow Series Hits Atlanta
Panasonic has taken their show on the road this fall, holding a series of roadshows in California, Texas and most recently, Atlanta, where they brought the show to SunTrust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves.
Proving that a bad day at the ballpark still beats anything else, an overcast day and a line of intense storms didn’t prevent customers from coming out to the park to see what Panasonic and its partners have on offer.
Scanners, of course, were front and center at the event. Panasonic recently added two new scanners to its network scanner line; it rolled out a full workgroup scanner line in May.
One of Panasonic’s technology partners providing demonstrations at the event was Office Gemini’s Dokmee, showing their document management and workflow solutions. I got a great overview of the company’s offerings and how they work with the Panasonic scanners.
Of course, Panasonic has other product lines, and it recently announced a new mobile soft phone. Unified communications and security were also on display at the event (we were concerned about the number of uniformed law enforcement present until we realized they were there to see the security offerings!)
