Ringover Expands US Management Team
Ringover, a global cloud communications leader, is building on its recent growth in the US market with the appointment of three new senior members. Andrew Heilman joins as the new Vice President of Sales for North America, Brooke Hammel as Sales Support Manager and Angela Clodfelter as US Channel Management Director.
Ringover opened its Atlanta office in 2021, following successful expansion in the UK, Spain and France. With a growth rate of 900% in the last five years, the company has over 10,000 customers and 216 employees across its global offices.
As a leading provider of cloud communications and contact center solutions, Ringover has built the swiss-army knife of business communications. In addition to its voice, video, messaging, fax and call center services, Ringover integrates within over 50 CRMs and boasts a variety of productivity features to form a multi-channel sales tool.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Heilman will be responsible for building a high-performance US business development team, creating a go-to-market strategy for direct and indirect sales, as well as solidifying Ringover’s stance in the US through their unparalleled UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
With over 20 years of sales experience, Hammel will champion the growth of Ringover’s North American direct and channel sales markets. Using the skills acquired from her time as a Quality Analyst and Project Manager, Hammel will help accelerate Ringover’s current growth through transformative sales systems and processes that focus on Ringover’s customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle.
Clodfelter has 32 years’ experience working with VoIP cloud-based systems and services, including the installation of some of the first PBX lines. As the newly appointed US Channel Manager, she will spearhead Ringover’s partner recruitment and support strategy, enabling additional expansion in North America.
“In 2020, business communications changed forever,” said Renaud Charvet, CEO of Ringover. “It’s never been more important to have a flexible communication system that supports both a hybrid and remote working culture, both locally and internationally. In line with this, we’ve seen that VoIP use has risen drastically, with the US holding 40% of the market share.
“As a result, we need more dedicated people onboard so we can reach more customers and solidify our position as a market leader in business communications across the United States. Andrew, Brooke and Angela’s diverse experience, technical skills and telecom knowledge will be instrumental in bringing Ringover’s unique services to American companies, both small and enterprise.” said Charvet.
